Legend Productions is part of XED film and television associates. We specialize in producing martial arts programs, particularly in areas dealing with SHOTOKAN karate, both instructional and historical.

We have been established since 1988 and our staff includes three original Japan Karate Association certified black belts with over 80 years of experience between them. All our Shotokan programmes are edited with their assistance.

We receive many requests for information and availability on old video programmes or events from various parts of the world. Sometimes we are able to help by at least supplying the details of where those hard to locate videos might be found. Our archive currently holds in excess of 1100 hours of film and video material, much of it early JKA, as well as our own material. We constantly update the archives, and often purchase the rights to programme material for our own use.
