Gary Harford was for many years one of the KUGB's front line fighters, and a national and internationa kata champion. He is now a well respected professional instructor with the KUGB (Karate Union of Great Britain) and this 50 minute DVD pays tribute to him. The programme covers his formative years and some of his finest moments in competition, especially his fantastic winning technique at the ESKA championships in Sunderland - 1986.
