I have trained under Harford Sensei when I was a student at University (Manchester England) and I was always impressed with his speed. He sure had balls for a little guy, and this video shows his amazing ability in kumite, and his mastery of kata. The best $40 I've spent in a long time. Kudos to Harford Sensei and Legend Productions.
